In order to let my family and friends know about the website I noticed that a facebook page had to be created. I built the page in minutes beginning of September and the website shared through facebook.
I thought of different ways to spread the word and it seemed to me that facebook was a good place to start. So far I have about 70 friends liking the Share-eet page on facebook, with a potential of 836 reached.
When friends look at the page they might go to check out the website as well. In a way they get involved and support my idea by liking the page, which is great. On the website there are links to facebook, twitter and blogger too!
I had great feedback and lovely comments from people who have seen the facebook page because they liked the idea. I even had a colleague at work who will borrow something this week!
